On the way to Port Burwell, our anniversary trip destination, we absolutely had to hit up some Ontario waterfalls.

First up was Borer’s Falls. It used to be a Sawmill, but now is just an idyllic nature setting. There is a bit of a muddy and precarious descent into the bottom, but we didn’t look for it too hard as I wasn’t likely to take that chance with a ten year old and a dog in tow. Then we headed a few minutes down the road to the tiny Troy Falls, but with all the heat we’ve had the tiny creek falls was dried up. C’est la vie. Still had fun exploring and meandering our way to the cottage and the first of Lake Erie sunsets.
