It’s rainy. And it looks like it’ll rain all day. So a visit inside the King’s Palace is in order. The whole area of Old Town has been rebuilt.

It was demolished by the Germans in the Wars – like they literally bore holes into the foundations so that nothing would be left. The square, the main street, and the Palace has been meticulously restored. It’s the only Unesco Heritage site in the world that is a reproduction. SO inside the Palace, the various rooms are restored to various timelines in their history. You can see different throne rooms of different kings. And see a varied history that you otherwise wouldn’t see.
